About the Job
We are now looking for a business developer for the National Digital Identity unit, in the Department of Services and Accessibility. You will be part of a team that works to develop and manage the common digital solutions that enable secure identification, signing, and sharing of information in society. This includes, for example, e-identification, e-signatures, and how organizations can trust each other's digital identities and authorizations. Our work is crucial for public services to function safely, smoothly, and legally.
Examples of Responsibilities:
- Drive development initiatives to improve processes and IT support
- Work in various phases of needs-driven development, including gathering needs and proposing development initiatives
- Lead change efforts to implement new routines, processes, and working methods in the organization
- Maintain statistics, follow up results, and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with other authorities, municipalities, regions, and private actors
- Work with structure and documentation
About You
To succeed and thrive in this role, you need to have the following competencies, knowledge, and experience:
Required Experience and Knowledge
- Experience in the role of business developer or a similar role.
- Experience in managing products and services.
- Experience in user-driven development within IT and operations where technology, law, and security are central areas.
- Experience and knowledge in conducting analyses and investigations.
- Experience in leading workshops related to development work.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English
Preferred Experience and Knowledge
- Experience in practical agile working methods.
- Experience in the public sector.
- Experience and knowledge of methods for benefit realization and operational follow-up.

Education
Academic education in IT, law, information security, or equivalent experience deemed relevant by the employer.
About Digg
Digg is an authority that works broadly to support and coordinate the digitalization of the Swedish public administration. We develop digital infrastructure and services that assist other public actors in their digitalization. We also ensure that digital public services are accessible to all.
Merging of Digg and PTS
The budget proposal for 2026 indicates that Digg and the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS) will merge to create a strengthened authority for digitalization issues. The budget will be decided by the parliament in December. Subsequently, both authorities are expected to be tasked with preparing and implementing a merger, which is to be completed by January 1, 2027. Our work to digitalize Sweden continues, and we hope you want to be part of the journey.

Digg's headquarters is located in central Sundsvall in modern activity-based premises. We also have a smaller and modern office in central Stockholm. We are positively inclined to allow for remote work based on the needs of the operation and the individual, but it is expected that you will be in the office at least one day a week and when work requires it. The extent of remote work varies between individuals based on the needs of the operation.
We Offer
- Permanent employment with a start date according to agreement; the employment may begin with a six-month probationary period.
- Placement is in Sundsvall or Stockholm.
- Travel may occur, and the number may vary over time.
